In episode one of season two, we discuss trending career and life issues.
Should media outlets be able to change your image?
Why don’t companies apologise for mistakes?
Should companies send their employees to charm school?
Topics trending on LinkedIn.
Every Step is hosted by Judith Beck and Krystyna Weston, who combined have a whopping 60 years of experience steering successful startups and ignoring ceilings to rise to senior executive roles early in their careers.

This year they are doing something different. With a market full of everyone doing a podcast about something, what makes them different? Judith and Krystyna have real-life experiences they can draw upon to share valuable insights and advice. They have personalities that are straightforward and uncensored. You see they are older and have learned they need to speak the truth and show tough love so people can learn how it really is.

Did we mention they are also funny? They have a quick wit and the ability to laugh at themselves and not take it personally. They don’t always agree with each other so you will hear healthy debates with respect.

The format this year is more like a radio show – discussing current issues happening now about career and life. They also have a panel of regular experts who will pop in to give their views.
